Services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory approval.

Information provided through our website, consultations, reports, training, or engagements should not be construed as legal advice.
Clients should consult qualified legal counsel regarding legal matters.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Cooperate with requests for documentation
- Implement recommendations at their discretion

5. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Elite Consulting Solution, LLC including:
- Policies
- Procedures
- Templates
- Training materials
- Risk assessments
- Reports
remain the intellectual property of Elite unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of client information consistent with applicable laws and professional standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Elite Consulting Solution, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services giving rise to the claim.
8. Payment Terms
Invoices are due according to the terms specified in the engagement agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services pursuant to the applicable engagement agreement.
Fees earned prior to termination remain due and payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Louisiana unless otherwise agreed in writing.
